Book Synopsis: Danny Hall, a college professor and environmental activist in Olympia, Washington, is followed by a dark past. In the rapid fall of yet another calamitous turn in her life, she finds refuge in a yoga practice, where she learns how to breathe again. Just as she starts to regain her strength and stability, she realizes that the life she has been living, including her marriage to her adoring husband, must be upended before she will be able to experience the love and happiness she has longed for her entire life.
